"Awful Gifts" tells my story of receiving "awful" birthday gifts from my family members. It's not cool to receive a dried fish, a fluorescent pink dress with huge flowers, workbooks, a second-hand business souvenir, or a mouse, However, the ungifted gift-givers are the best gifts in my life: they are awesome and wonderful.
